  • I have lost my profile (I had link to social network or e-mail)

  • Have you lost your profile? If you had a link to e-mail or social network on your lost profile, you can restore it by yourself. For this open the game, press Settings - Main Settings - Link. Then write your login and password of your social network page or e-mail and you will be able to enter your game account.


  • I have lost my profile (I didn't have link to social network or e-mail)

  • If you didn't have link on your profile, write to technical support. Don't forget to include information about your lost profile (nickname, level, ID).

  • How can I change nickname?

  • You can change your nickname in the game settings. For this open main menu and press settings button. In the option "Name" enter your new nickname. After you press "Change" your nickname will be changed. 

  • Where can I find my ID?

  • You can find your ID in the settings menu. For this press gear-wheel icon in the upper left corner. 

  • My region displays incorrectly/disappeared.

  • The provider is responsible for your location. We do not have our own mechanism for determining. Every Monday we reset your geo position and at the same time we check your IP address to find your current location. If at this moment something wrong with your IP address - we can't guarantee correct region to you. 

  • How can I set / change avatar?

  • You can install the avatar from the social network only, by linking it to your account in the game. Unfortunately, you can not install the avatar separately. When you change avatar in the social network, it updates in the game automatically. However, it may take some time. 

  • How to delete/restore account?

  • To delete your account please contact technical support via personal account. 

    You can restore your account within 45 days after sending request.
