  • How can I complain to other player in the chat?

    • The administrators of our Facebook group is responsible for the chat. Please, send them a message, don't forget to attach screenshots of chat. Unfortunately, technical support doesn't consider such issues.

  • What should I do if I was banned in the chat?

    • You need to contact administrator of Facebook group to learn the reason of the ban. Unfortunately, technical support doesn't consider such issues. 

  • I want to be chat moderator

    • In order to become a Moderator you need to send request to our Facebook administrator with following information:


    1. ID number (you can find it in the settings);

    2. Name of the country where you want to be a Moderator;

    3. The reason why you are sure that you will cope with this responsibility;

    4. The number of hours that you can spend in the chat.

  • Why is my country not in the list of language channels?

    • You can submit a group application to add an additional language channel. If enough votes are received, we will add the requested channel to the game. To request an application form, please contact the Administrator in the private messages of the group on Facebook or Discord.

    Keep in mind:

    • The votes are accepted within a week. If there are not enough votes, then you can re-apply only after 3 months.

    • The low activity channels will be removed, so you don't need to invite friends who don't chat to fill out an application.

  • If I get banned in one channel, can I post in another?

    • When a player receives a ban on one of the channels, then all language channels are unavailable for the duration of the ban.

  • How often can I change the chat channel?

    • The player can choose any chat channel for him as needed.

  • How to switch the language channel?

    • You can switch the language channel on your Personal Account page (Settings -> go to your Personal Account -> "Chat Options" -> select a channel -> "Confirm")
